We believe in value-based leadership and living them day to day.Full time, long term, remote work for the right candidate.If you have the experience for this position and share the same beliefs, we would love to talk to you.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Project management in support of your sales teamSource out items and create presentations for proposalsCreate quotesEnsure accuracy of orderTake payment and finalize the Quote into Job, SO then PO.Place orders with vendorsCommunicate with Sales Reps to ensure any errors get fixes and the Sales Rep is aware of the orders whereabouts at any time.Communicate with the CustomerGet proof approvalProvide order updatesCommunicate possible issues and provide possible resolutionsAlways keep the customer informedCommunicate with the VendorCollect PI\xe2\x80\x99s and compare pricingCheck the proof before sending it to the customer for accuracy (prevent back and forth)Make sure the order is moving the right directionCreate follow upsKeep the vendor accountableCommunicate with Accounting for seamless order and payment.Requirements and Rate:MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience as Sales Support in a Promotional Product IndustyCompetitive rate $ hourly rate depending on experienceFamiliar with Microsoft 365 applicationsKnowledge of Salesforce, CRM and ERP systemsOwn equipment and wired internet with backupHighly communicative.
