• Handling grievances at the initial stage
• Listening to workers and counselling them as well
• Encouraging and Motivating workers for better performance
• Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company
• Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned
• Coordinating activities of medical center including its compliance issues
• Carrying out workers orientation program
• Carrying out different awareness programs as per requirements of different dept.
• Grievance handling
