Job Role - Welding Supervisor (TIG & MIG)

Experience - 8+ years

Domain- Railway /Automotive Sector

Location - SIPCOT, Irungattukottai.

Salary - As per the industry Norms

Gender - Male

Mandatory Skills:

- Supervise TIG and MIG welding operations in sheet metal fabrication.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to welding procedures, weld sequences and quality standards.

- Train and mentor welding staff on techniques and safety protocols.

- Monitor productivity and workflow to meet production targets.

- Maintain equipment, tools, and materials for efficient operations.

- Exposure in EN 15085 will be appreciated

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding.

- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
