Job Overview: Welders

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the strength and quality of every weld. This role involves interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and adhering to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations on metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using methods like MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide welding tasks accurately.

Prepare and align materials by cutting, shaping, and setting up metal components.

Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards; conduct any repairs or reworks if necessary.

Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Follow all safety protocols, including using protective gear and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. ITI or diploma in welding or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience in welding or completion of a welding apprenticeship program.

Skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques and welding symbols; ability to read blueprints; knowledge of safety standards and welding equipment.
