Freshot Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in both welding and fitting to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ITI certification and 3+ years of experience in welding, fitting, and assembly work. Additional skills in electrical work will be considered an added advantage. This role is critical to supporting the development of our innovative FoodTech and robotic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to assemble and fabricate components.
• Conduct mechanical fitting and assembly tasks, ensuring components are aligned and meet required specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to carry out fitting and welding activities.
• Inspect and test welds and assembled components to ensure they meet company and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain welding and fitting tools and equipment.
• Support electrical assembly tasks if required, leveraging basic electrician skills.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address technical issues and ensure quality output.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification: ITI certification in Welding, Fitting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in welding and fitting tasks.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Additional Skills (Preferred): Basic knowledge of electrical components and wiring.
• Knowledge:
• Familiarity with metal properties, mechanical systems, and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of quality inspection and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a production environment, handling tools and materials safely and efficiently.

Other Requirements:

• Location: Must be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a robotics and manufacturing setting.
