Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform welding operations on metal parts and structures using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the exact welding requirements.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of all welded joints and materials according to industry standards.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools.
• Conduct regular inspections of welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow safety protocols and work with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform cutting, grinding, and polishing tasks as needed to prepare surfaces for welding.
• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of metal components.
• Adhere to company procedures for quality control, documentation, and reporting.

Key Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent. Welding certification (ITI, Diploma, or equivalent) is a must.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead).
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with pipe welding, sheet metal work, or heavy fabrication.
• Familiarity with automated welding equipment and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, ASME, etc.).
• Forklift operation or other material handling skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
