The ideal candidate will be skilled in Arc Welding, MIG welding and gas cutting operations, with a strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Perform Arc & MIG welding for jobs related to maintenance of equipment, kelly bars & drilling tools on jobsites/Workshop.xc2xb7 Operate gas cutting equipment for precision cutting of materials.xc2xb7 Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding specifications.xc2xb7 Ensure all welding work meets the required quality standards and tolerances.xc2xb7 Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.xc2xb7 Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.xc2xb7 Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines.Required Qualifications:xc2xb7 ITI (production/welding) or minimum 4-5 years of experience.xc2xb7 Proven experience in Arc Welding, MIG welding and gas cutting operations.xc2xb7 Should have experience in fabricating steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 10 mm to 50 mmxc2xb7 Knowledge of welding techniques, material properties, and safety standards.xc2xb7 Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.xc2xb7 Strong attention to detail and quality control.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.xc2xb7 Welding certification (preferred but not required).Physical Requirements:xc2xb7 Ability to lift and move heavy materials and tools.xc2xb7 Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise, heat, and welding fumes.
