This full-time position is based in Bharuch, Khambhat, and Surat. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of welding experience and possess a strong passion for construction. The Junior Welder will work closely with our construction teams to ensure quality and safety in all welding operations.Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in MIG welding, TIG welding, and ARC welding (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of executing precise welding operations.
• Proficient in plasma cutting techniques and able to efficiently execute metal work cutting tasks with accurate control.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure all specifications are met during the welding process.
• Solid understanding of welding safety protocols with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Experience in metal fabrication, showcasing the ability to shape and assemble metal parts and structures accurately.
• Capable of conducting welding inspections to ensure that all welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Effective communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration with team members and supervisors on welding projects.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring precision in all welding tasks and consistent quality across all welds.

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques to meet project specifications and standards.
• Execute plasma cutting tasks and fabricate metal components as per blueprint instructions and project requirements.
• Review and interpret detailed blueprints and specifications to successfully complete assigned welding tasks.
• Ensure adherence to all welding safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Inspect welding work to ensure compliance with quality standards and rectify any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with construction teams to support and contribute to overall project goals and timelines.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in optimal working condition at all times.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of welding operations and inspections.
