Job Description

As a member of the Welcome Staff at Textails, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm and informative introduction to our store. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and guiding customers through their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store. Provide information about store layout, current promotions, and product offerings. Assist customers in locating specific items or departments. Address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized front area to enhance the store's ambiance. Monitor customer flow to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of the textile industry is a plus. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
