About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Developing a unique theme or concept for the event aligning with the client\'s vision and preferences
2. Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their preferences, provide updates, and make necessary adjustments to the design plan
3. Designing the layout to strategically arrange spaces and elements in an event venue for optimal flow and aesthetics
4. Selecting and coordinating colors, fabrics, and decor elements such as floral arrangements, lighting, and furniture to create a cohesive aesthetic
5. Creating mood boards and visual presentations to convey design concepts and gain client approval
6. Coordinating with vendors (e.g., florists, lighting technicians, furniture rentals) to ensure all design elements are executed as planned
7.
