Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Wedding Planner at Pulse Events, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing every aspect of a couple's wedding, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with a renowned company in the event management industry and contribute to the successful execution of dream weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice and creative suggestions based on their needs.
• Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, decorators, and venues to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
• Budget & Timeline Management:
Create detailed wedding budgets and timelines, ensuring the event stays within financial constraints and is executed on schedule.
• Event Design & Execution:
Collaborate with the design team to create the event concept, including themes, decor, and logistics. Oversee event setup and ensure everything runs smoothly during the celebration.
• Logistics & Coordination:
Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and schedules for the bride, groom, and wedding guests. Ensure all logistical details are handled without errors.
• Problem Solving:
Manage unexpected issues or challenges that arise during wedding planning or on the event day. Provide quick solutions and maintain a calm and positive demeanor.
• Post-Event Follow-Up:
Ensure client satisfaction after the event by seeking feedback and resolving any concerns. Build long-term relationships with clients for potential future business.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wedding planning or event coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as per event requirements.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
