We are seeking a talented and organized Wedding Planner to manage the entire planning process, from client consultations to on-site coordination. You will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, manage vendors, and ensure flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings to understand their vision and budget.
Coordinate with vendors and venues for seamless event execution.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Oversee day-of coordination and problem-solving.
Convert leads into clients and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in wedding/event planning.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of wedding industry trends and vendors.
Proficient in Canva or similar presentation tools.
