Job Description

We are looking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented wedding decor designer to assist clients in coordinating and executing successful weddings. You should also be able to create a time-line of all wedding-day activities for each client to ensure that everything remains on schedule. Pay is negotiable - according to caliber.

Responsibilities

• Creating designs for event spaces that reflect the theme of the event
• Coordinating to ensure the event's timeline and details
• Managing the event design process from start to finish, including creating sketches of designs for client approval
• Ensuring that all elements of the event are in place and ready to go on time
• Research and source appropriate decor elements, including furniture, fabric, lighting, and props
• Supervise a team of assistants during the event set-up process to ensure that the decor is installed correctly
