Websphere Administrator
Job Description
This position is in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Engineering with these responsibilities:
1) Engineering new WAS deployment solutions. (Websphere)
2) Assisting in the implementation of new releases.
3) Level 3 support WAS and basic WAS SME.
4) Maintaining any necessary tooling to install and maintain the WAS infrastructure. Must Have: • OS knowledge of Linux (SUSE or Red Hat) and Windows Server. • Programming experience in Java writing systems-level utility code • Programming experience in Java writing WAS "plug-ins" -- value-added components for use by the WAS infrastructure. • Scripting experience with Bash and wsadmin (Jython). Nice to Have: • In-depth knowledge of Ford Engineering and Operations • Scripting experience with Windows
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?1,000,000.00 per year
