This includes maintaining the schools website, developing and executing social media strategies, and ensuring that all digital content aligns with the schools brand and mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and website management.Key Responsibilities: * Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the schools website.
  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, and engaging.
  • Optimize website performance, including SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to address any technical issues.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance the schools online presence.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to stay current and effective.
  • Engage with the school community through social media, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop compelling and relevant content that promotes the schools programs, events, and achievements.
  • Work with the communications team to produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and blog posts.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the schools brand voice and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Use data insights to inform and refine digital strategies.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with various departments to gather information and create content that supports their goals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices for website and social media use.
  • Stay informed about developments in digital marketing and education technology.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website management and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
