• Plan, implement, manage, monitor the website
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issue
• Identify and respond to all website security breaches
• Update HTML, JavaScript add necessary requirements on regular basis
• optimizing load speed, search insight reports, optimizing photo and video, evaluate topic cluster and localization.
• Conduct content audits to ensure website quality and efficiency & eliminate redundant or duplicate information
• Ensure best practices for UI/UX of websites with the help of vendors and third party leading to regular visits by relevant external stakeholders
• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders and ensure the updates are regular and in requirement with the brand strategy
• Create strategies to grow to grow community an increase website traffic and manage the success metrics and drive KPI's.
• Maintains and documents ownership of company's website domains.
• Provides updates, reports, and manages the ADA compliance of website
• Build functional and easy-to-use web applications/API's
• Liaison with Vendor and Partner for best output at least cost.
• Work closely with Marketing procurement committee
• Stay updated with best practices tracking of competition website and upgrade the required skills.

Qualifications
• Comprehensive understanding of technology related to website and digital marketing, server management, CMS, and user experience. Proficiency in website design and website maintenance, both on a daily level and for larger website-related projects
• Highly proficient in PHP, HTML, XML and Cascading style sheets, CSS design cross browser and cross platform compatibility firewalls access.
+ Understanding of mySQL, javaScript and other current technology platforms and tools. Help in Building right application (when and wherever business require to stay ahead and service community).
+ Knowledge of Webservers, programing languages, SQL Skills preferably on Windows platform
+ Experience on working with DNN CMS & WordPress, Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Website building and designing
+ Manage Bug fixing, code optimization (at back end) Need to manage hosting and User accounts
+ Knowledge of non- Responsive website platforms, Plugins and Theme Customization would be an added advantage
+ Knowledge of SEO (Metadata, Image Alt text, Image Optimization, Redirecting defunct URLs etc.) - Basic coding skills
• Content Management and Content Placement based on page wise performance, creating right website centric engagements. Traffic analysis and Progress reports.
• Very good understanding of AdWords, Google analytics, SEO, SEM, SMO and PPC (keeping in mind digital marketing place). Manage and develop blogging strategy.
• Good understanding of website and social media-based Technology, tools, application e.g. Chat bot, GCP, Podcast execution and optimization.

Additional Information Website Manager/Webmaster : Should have Analytical Mind and have detailed understanding of Search engine optimization (keeping in mind: Digital Market Place and monetizable digital assets), Google Analytics, AdWords, GCP along with various web related tools and application to seamlessly manage given responsibilities. To ensure success, website manager must display an excellent understanding of content management system and technology interfaces using CSS [HTML (the Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) are two of the core technologies for building Web pages], firewalls, IDS or IPS, web-proxy and security audit. Also, important to be comfortable troubleshooting and constantly improving the user experience on website.
