: Website Designer Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Website Designer at the fresher level to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and basic knowledge of web design tools and technologies. Website Design and Development: Assist in designing visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts. Collaborate with team members to translate client requirements into design concepts. Support in creating responsive designs that work across devices. 2. Graphic and Visual Content Creation: Use design tools to create banners, logos, and other web assets. Optimize images and media for web performance. 3. Web Technologies: Use basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement design changes. Work with developers to ensure design consistency. 4. Testing and Maintenance: Assist in testing website functionality and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Help update and maintain existing websites. 5. Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest web design trends and tools. Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills. --- Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Understanding of responsive design principles. Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork abilities. Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset. Willingness to learn
