Our dream candidate has front- and back-end coding knowledge, a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and can execute stellar website designs.To be successful, a Web Designer should be incredibly thorough and be able to help our team maintain the highest quality standards.Your Impact:

• Manage and design visually appealing websites with exceptional speed scores using WordPress, Duda, and various CMS platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in front-end and back-end development, SEO strategies, graphic design, and responsive design techniques.
• Ensure websites meet conversion goals and align with intended objectives set by clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand parameters, preferences, and vision for website design.
• Execute website projects within specified timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
• Continuously optimize and improve websites for better performance, user experience, and SEO ranking.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance as needed to internal teams or clients regarding website functionalities and design elements.
• Develop and design e-commerce websites, implementing intuitive user interfaces and secure payment gateways to facilitate online transactions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of WordPress/Duda experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with WordPress and Duda
• Familiarity with Divi Builder
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
• Graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with basic SEO and performance best practices
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• An eye for typography, composition and color with pixel-level attention to detail
• Experience with Google Analytics
• A solid understanding of web design and usability as well as current web standards

Please be prepared to show us a portfolio of your snazziest accomplishments (WordPress, Duda, HTML, CSS, PHP, Photoshop etc..). We will also provide a test to determine your current level of skill.Responsible for the following KPIs:

• # pages developed
• # sites completed
• # pages revised
• # QA pages
• # calls
