Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design and Development:
• Design and develop website layouts, interfaces, and features based on client or organizational needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts.
• Implement design elements using HTML, CSS, and other web design tools.
• User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI):
• Ensure websites are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.
• Conduct user research to understand target audiences and improve usability.
• Optimize websites for various devices and screen sizes (responsive design).
• Graphic Design and Branding:
• Design web graphics, banners, and other visual elements in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website design with brand messaging.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Test websites for functionality, speed, and responsiveness across different browsers and devices.
• Identify and fix design issues or inconsistencies.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive projects.
• Gather and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
• Maintenance and Updates:
• Ensure websites are updated regularly with fresh content and features.
• Maintain website security and fix any design-related bugs or errors.

Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not always required).

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in website design or related roles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous website design projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and aesthetics.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
