Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design engaging, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
• Develop website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all web designs.
• Optimize websites for speed and performance.
• Stay updated with current web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Conduct website testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Joomla.
• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, SQL, Wordpress) is a plus.
