We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior WordPress Designer and Developer boasting 7 to 8 years of pertinent experience. The perfect candidate will possess a solid track record in web design principles and extensive experience in creating and managing WordPress websites. This role involves designing visually appealing websites, ensuring mobile responsiveness, Technical and Functional Website Requirements and optimizing site for Technical SEO , On Page SEO and Performance as well as speed for the best user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Highly experienced in resolving Technical SEO , On Page SEO and Performance issues according to Google Ranking Standards.
• You must have hands-on experience in Technical SEO , Removing website errors according to Google SEO Standards.
• Design and develop aesthetically pleasing web layouts with a focus on usability and the end-user experience.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap (4 & 5), and JavaScript/JQuery is mandatory.
• Create mobile responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices.
• Ensure website speed optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficient in CMS platforms, notably WordPress, with the ability to customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Convert PSD designs to HTML/CSS with precision.
• Conduct website testing to identify any technical issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure design alignment with client expectations and deliverables.
• Work in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
• Keep abreast of the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 2-8 years of hands-on experience in web design and WordPress development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and design tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
