Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and versatile Website Developer and Social Media Manager to join our team. This dual-role position requires a blend of technical expertise in web development and a creative flair for managing and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our eCommerce website and handling our social media accounts, including content creation and posting.

Key Responsibilities:

•Website Development:•

• Design, develop, and maintain the CRAFTherbbs eCommerce website.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
• Implement and manage website updates, plugins, and security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to integrate and update product listings, promotions, and other web content.

•Social Media Management:•

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with CRAFTherbbs' brand and business goals.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools to ensure CRAFTherbbs remains competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Developer with a strong portfolio of eCommerce websites.
• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.

Pay: ?9,442.24 - ?20,000.00 per month
