Overview:
We are seeking a talented Website Developer and Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and designing captivating landing pages, proficient in HTML, CSS, and WordPress, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
• Customize and maintain existing websites and templates using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Implement best practices in web design, including accessibility standards, SEO principles, and usability.
• Optimize website performance and ensure functionality across different browsers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance design and development capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress, including theme customization, plugin integration, and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Ability to translate design concepts into functional web interfaces.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
