Job Title: Website and CRM Coordinator
Reports to: Founder
Location: Surat
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Website and CRM Coordinator to serve as a single point of contact between the organization and website/CRM teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento or headless commerce solutions), a strong understanding of D2C business requirements, and the ability to ensure seamless communication, task execution, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination with Website and CRM Teams:
1. Act as the primary liaison between Svaraa Jewels and the website/CRM development teams.
2. Communicate business requirements, features, and updates clearly to technical teams.
3. Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects as per company needs.
E-Commerce Website Management:
1. Provide insights into e-commerce operations, including platform capabilities, scalability, and integrations.
2. Oversee the implementation of features and functionalities specific to Svaraa Jewels' D2C business.
3. Identify, report, and resolve website issues promptly in coordination with the development team.
CRM Management and Problem-Solving:
1. Monitor CRM software performance and address aany glitches or inefficiencies.
2. Work closely with teams to ensure smooth integration of CRM with the website and other tools.
3. Provide input on improving customer relationship processes using the CRM.
Technology and Innovation:
1. Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce and CRM.
2. Suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Training and SOP Development:
1. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on website and CRM functionality.
2. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for website and CRM usage.
3. Ensure all team members are aligned with processes and workflows.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
1. Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align website and CRM functionalities with business goals.
2. Address the needs and feedback of all departments regarding website and CRM improvements.
Performance Metrics:
1. Task completion rate and timeliness.
2. Reduction in website/CRM downtime and issue resolution time.
3. Successful implementation of new features and technologies.
4. User satisfaction ratings from internal teams.
5. Increased efficiency in e-commerce and CRM operations.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, or CRM coordination.
2. Hands-on experience with Magento, headless commerce platforms, or similar D2C technologies.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional tasks and projects.
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM software.
2. Excellent communication and project management skills.
3. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with technical teams effectively.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Knowledge of the latest e-commerce trends and technology.
Salary:
?35,000 - ?50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
