Were a group of graphic designers, user experience and interface designers, copy writers, and marketers. Were help our customers get results from their digital presence. The role will involve designing, building, and publishing webflow templates. Core Responsibilities Visual design: Design user interfaces that tell a story to help customers understand the pain points that the template is meant to solve for. Experience design: Use transitions, animations, and motion so that the customer experiences the product or service. Website development: Use good webflow development practices to build templates in webflow. Communicate: Set clear goals for the project with interanal stakeholders. Conduct frequent demos. Showcase: Showcase your work internally via demos and publish it externally using social and other design channels. Learn: Learn new skills independantly and share your learnings with the rest of the team. Requirements 1+ years experience as a front-end developer Experience with Webflow or similar content management system Website migration experience and knowledge of process best practices Advanced knowledge of website management tools Advanced HTML/CSS and Javascript experience A keen eye for UX/UI Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to generate creative ideas We are looking for a person who can adapt to the latest AI technologies such as ChatGPT and leverage them to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
