As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our team.We\'re looking for Webflow designer to join our remote team.About the Role:We are looking for a Webflow designer to develop engaging and on-brand websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to exciting projects.Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Webflow

• You have previous experience in design agencies, marketing-led businesses, B2C products
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS
• Experience with graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop)
• Experience using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta CAPI)
• Skills in working with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience integrating with various services through APIs.
• Ability to work under deadlines and familiarity with the HADI cycles framework
• Generally global mindset, open to new things, willingness and desire to learn quickly
• Flexible and ready for a honest feedback
• English proficiency at B2 level

Responsibilities:

• Setup and be fully responsible for a transparent website development process
• Develop and maintain web pages on the Webflow platform in accordance with the marketing team\'s requirements
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on UX/UI
• Integrate web pages with various services and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, email marketing)
• Participate in the hypothesis testing process in terms of creating new user paths and online campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department
• Follows the business\' requests and not just "design rules"

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in micromobility environment
• Experience / oversight on the US and Canadian markets
• Set up integrations with third-party services together with the development department
