Ltd. is looking for an experienced BDM/Sr. BDEThe ideal candidate should have experience in handling proposals and projects related to Web Designing, Web Development, and Mobile ApplicationsSkill Required :- Must have excellent communication skills.- Should have experience as Senior BDE or BDM.- Good knowledge of technical terms used in software development and graphics design field.- Should know online bidding portals like Upwork, PPH inside out and knowledge of other lead generation channels like LinkedIn will be an added advantage.- Team Handling experienceResponsibilities :- Must have experience working with a Digital Agency/Software development company- Plan and Execute action towards developing business in the International market presentproposals and subsequent follow-up to win the business and generate new leads.- Managing Sales team and their targets.- Identify market gaps and take appropriate action on the same.- Analysing and keeping track of competitor activities- Making pricing decisions for various services Interact with high-potential clients and maintain long-term partnerships with them.- Experience in making and presenting proposals Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills are highly required.
