We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused with sound written & verbal communication Web Support Executive (Female) to join our team , you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and website management.

Responsibilities:

- Website Management (Adding/Modifying contents, graphics, photos etc. in web pages).
- Software Testing, Documentation and Presentation.
- Technical Assistance
- Provide prompt support to resolve operational issues related to websites/applications and services.

Required Skills:
----------------------
- Should be good working knowledge of web technology.
- Have a clear understanding of the IT Support function to serve the Clients & Team.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Exception problem solving and solutioning skills.
- Customer success-oriented attitude.
- Focus on quality and attitude to excel.

Applicant should have:

- Any Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Fresher or minimum one year IT industry experience.
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Good IT skills - HTML, CSS, PHP, Database, Photoshop, Social Media Platforms.
- Calm, mature & able to handle difficult situations
- High Energy and Self Motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per year
