Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research & Data Collection
• Conduct in-depth research to identify prospective clients in the e-commerce industry.
• Collect and analyze data points on company size, revenue, social presence, technology usage, etc.
• Develop targeted lead lists based on criteria provided by the sales and marketing teams.
2. Data Enrichment & Verification
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of data, updating contact and company information as necessary.
• Enhance existing lead data with additional insights, such as key decision-makers, email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.
3. Database Management & Organization
• Organize and maintain lead databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and categorized efficiently.
• Collaborate with the CRM manager to keep the CRM system populated with qualified leads.
4. Analysis & Reporting
• Generate regular reports on lead generation efforts, including key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
• Identify trends in the e-commerce industry to refine lead generation strategies.
Required Knowledge & Technical Skills:
1. Lead Generation & Research Tools:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• ZoomInfo (or similar data intelligence tools)
• Clearbit, Hunter.io, Apollo, Seamless.ai, etc.
• BuiltWith, Datanyze for technology stack analysis.
2. Data Management & CRM Tools:
• CRM Systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Excel / Google Sheets for data organization and analysis
• Data Cleansing Tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce for email verification)
3. Marketing Automation Platforms (understanding preferred):
• HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc., to understand lead nurturing workflows and integration of lead data.
• Understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
