The Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales force automation strategies to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. This role involves managing the SFA system, training sales staff, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the seamless integration of SFA tools with our overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. SFA Strategy Development and Implementation: o Develop and implement comprehensive sales force automation strategies. o Identify key areas for automation to enhance sales productivity and efficiency. 2. SFA System Management: o Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SFA tools. o Ensure the SFA system is integrated seamlessly with other business systems. 3. Training and Support: o Conduct training sessions for the sales team on the effective use of SFA tools. o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SFA system users. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. o Generate and present regular reports on sales performance and SFA system effectiveness. 5. Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of SFA initiatives. o Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in SFA projects. 6. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sales force automation. o Continuously evaluate and improve the SFA system and processes.
Job Expectations:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales force automation or a related role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
Experience with SFA tools and software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the luxury interior product industry is a plus.
