BaniSoft is seeking a talented and versatile Web & Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team and also fresher can apply. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma , Adobe Photoshop , and Illustrator , with expertise in designing websites, mobile apps, and dashboards, as well as handling a broad range of graphic design tasks across different mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Web & App Design: Create engaging, user-friendly websites, mobile apps, and dashboards with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Logo & Identity Design: Develop unique logos and brand identities that reflect the client's vision.
• Business & Advertising: Design compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and social media posts for digital and print.
• Clothing & Merchandise Design: Create eye-catching designs for apparel, accessories, and branded merchandise.
• Art & Illustration: Craft custom illustrations and artwork for various projects.
• Packaging & Label Design: Design innovative packaging and labels that stand out in the market.
• Book & Magazine Design: Develop professional layouts and designs for books, magazines, and other publications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver high-quality work that meets business objectives.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in web and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in the following design categories: logo and identity, web and app design, business and advertising, clothing and merchandise, art and illustration, packaging and label design, and book and magazine design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across the above categories.
• Ability to work on both digital and print-related materials.
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
