In This Role, You Will:

• Independently be able to understand and conceptualize client\xe2\x80\x99s design requirement via direct communication channels (email, verbal or telephonic communication)
• Work on Cvent\xe2\x80\x99s Internal CMS tool to implement approved design mock-up/elements as per client\'s requirement which includes:
• Create design artworks as per client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement
• Implement approved web design in the CMS by writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript code
• Find necessary tweaks and workarounds while working with technically restricted CMS environment
• Design artworks for clients for their mobile apps or website as per their requirement
• Must be a SME who acts as a project manager and maintains strong communication with clients/internal stakeholders
• Ensure best possible customer experience that fits and contributes to the broader Cvent ecosystem of products
• Make managerial decisions whenever required and act as a team player by providing excellent design solution while being an individual contributor
• Drive actions to the closer and ensure a solution to a problem by going extra miles, if needed

• Be capable of writing clean, well thought out, and reliable HTML, CSS and JavaScript codes
• Be comfortable working on a project from the original fuzzy brief through development and deployment and beyond with minimal oversight required
• Be a problem solver who is not afraid to share ideas and open discussions
• Be a strong communicator who writes and speaks well
• Be great with technical documentation

• Excellent HTML/CSS hand coding skill
• Good experience with jQuery implementation and JavaScript
• Graphics Designing skills through Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong sense of color combination, aesthetics, typography, interactivity, etc.
• Hands-on experience in creating GIF/Motion Graphics
• Understanding of GIT and Stash along with knowledge of Accessibility (508 Compliance/WCAG) will be an added advantage
• 3+ years of experience in web-design/development/computer-aided design role
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a must
• Preference would be given to candidates holding Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in multimedia/web development/graphic design/Applied Art or the similar courses
