Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in creating custom themes and animated websites in WordPress, as well as the ability to develop multi-device responsive sites from scratch using custom coding. This role requires a creative thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for building high-performance, visually captivating websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and templates , ensuring seamless animation integration and responsiveness across devices.
• Build high-quality, mobile-optimized websites from scratch using custom coding and adhering to modern web standards.
• Create engaging animations using CSS, JavaScript, or libraries like GSAP to enhance user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain CMS-driven websites (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal), ensuring performance optimization and security.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver tailored, user-focused solutions.
• Integrate APIs, third-party plugins, and back-end services to enhance functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues across various browsers, platforms, and devices.
• Manage WooCommerce and other plugin integrations, customizing functionality as needed using PHP.
• Monitor website performance, optimize loading speeds, and implement best practices for SEO and accessibility.
• Use version control tools like Git to manage and track code changes effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in developing custom WordPress themes and animated websites.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with creating multi-device responsive designs and cross-platform compatibility.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and advanced WordPress plugin customization.
• Expertise in implementing interactive animations and optimizing for performance and user experience.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, web security protocols, and page speed optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with Git version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Joomla and Drupal CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with back-end frameworks like Laravel or Node.js.
• Exposure to Linux server environments (e.g., WHM/cPanel) and hosting management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and test-driven development practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
