Job Description

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the functionality and design of websites and web applications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to create responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance websites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Website Development : Build and maintain responsive and scalable websites using modern web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Collaboration : Work with designers to translate visual concepts into functional websites and ensure optimal user experience.
• Performance Optimization : Implement techniques to ensure fast load times, high performance, and mobile responsiveness across all platforms.
• Backend Integration : Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other server-side functionality.
• Testing and Debugging : Perform regular tests to identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and issues across websites.
• Version Control : Use Git and GitHub (or other version control systems) for code management and collaboration.
• Stay Updated : Continuously learn and adapt to new web development trends, tools, and technologies to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Client Communication : Interact with clients or internal teams to ensure websites meet business goals and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive design and development for mobile-first websites.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, or Python (if applicable).
• Experience using version control systems, especially Git.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization tools and techniques.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
