Program Overview:

Our 3-month training program offers real-world experience in the IT industry and a pathway to a job with a structured growth plan. During the training, you will work with cross-functional teams on live projects, learning essential skills for your role. After successfully completing the training, you will transition to a full-time position with competitive compensation and an opportunity for professional development.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in live projects, collaborating with expert teams to deliver impactful solutions Develop and apply skills in your field of interest, using industry-standard tools and methodologies Assist in software development, data analysis, business strategy, quality assurance, and more Support cloud, DevOps, and network infrastructure projects for scalability and performance Learn agile methodologies, project management practices, and the essentials of your specific role

Qualifications:

Completed graduation / post-graduation Basic knowledge in your chosen role (e.g., programming for developers, data analysis for analysts) Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and eagerness to learn Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
