About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Web Developer proficient in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies to create functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to implement designs effectively while maintaining responsive and accessible web standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development
• Write clean, semantic HTML5 to structure content effectively.
• Implement responsive layouts using modern CSS3 techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
• Build interactive user interfaces with JavaScript (vanilla or frameworks).
• Design Implementation
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Optimize designs for mobile and cross-browser compatibility.
• Web Performance Optimization
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed and scalability.
• Minimize load times by optimizing images, using lazy loading, and leveraging caching techniques.
• Accessibility and SEO
• Implement web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusivity.
• Optimize pages for search engines using meta tags, structured data, and best practices.
• Code Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Maintain existing websites by fixing bugs and improving performance.
• Test and debug applications across different browsers and devices.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : Proven experience as a web developer or similar role.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
