Location: India Job Type: Short Term Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in web development and be capable of working independently to design and implement web solutions tailored to internal use cases.



Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications for internal use.
• Design and maintain interactive user interfaces using Core JS, HTML, and CSS.
• Enhance and modify existing demo websites to incorporate GenAI functionalities, particularly for chat purposes.
• Optionally utilize Python for backend development, where beneficial (can also be done in typescript)
Integrate Norstella• 's data science APIs, including AWS API Gateway and Lambda functions.
• Utilise WebSockets and REST APIs to ensure smooth and efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

Qualifications • Experience: 7+ years in web development with a strong focus on Core JS, HTML, and CSS.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Python is beneficial but not mandatory.
• APIs and AWS Hands-on experience with API integration, particularly AWS API Gateway and Lambda functions.
• Web Communication: Experience with WebSockets and REST APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and design solutions on the go.
• Adaptability: Comfortable modifying existing demo websites to suit new requirements, particularly for GenAI applications.



Preferred Skills • Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in web development.
• Strong understanding of web security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
