As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company\'s website, ensuring its functionality, user experience, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our company\'s website, ensuring high functionality, responsiveness, and user experience across different devices and browsers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features.

Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and effective SEM campaigns.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and backlink building, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.

Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversions, and user engagement.

Utilize SMM strategies to create and promote engaging content on social media platforms to drive website traffic and brand awareness.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to web development, SEM, SEO, and SMM.

Identify and implement strategies to generate inbound leads through the website, including lead capture forms, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute SEM campaigns, including paid search and display advertising, to increase website visibility and drive targeted traffic.

Ensure website security, performance optimization, and efficient loading speed.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web development projects.

In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.

Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal.

Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and SMM principles and best practices.

Proficient in using SEO tools, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.

Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.

Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
