Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic and the ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our design, content, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and functional websites that meet clients' requirements and brand guidelines.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas to clients and team members.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, goals, and vision for their website.
• Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and adhere to best practices for web design and development.
• Integrate and configure various web tools and plugins to enhance site functionality.
• Conduct regular site maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Excellent design skills with a strong eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them in web design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and other web development languages.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
