Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and React, along with an eye for design and a passion for building user-friendly, responsive websites. The Web Designer will work closely with our development and marketing teams to create visually appealing and high-performing websites that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design & Development:
• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build responsive layouts and elements using Bootstrap to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Create modern, clean, and scalable front-end designs while adhering to web standards.
• Integrate React components for dynamic, interactive UI elements and improved performance.
• UI/UX Design:
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and visually appealing websites.
• Ensure the design is user-centric, enhancing the overall user experience across multiple devices.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve design.
• Cross-browser Compatibility:
• Ensure that websites are compatible across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Optimization:
• Optimize websites for speed and performance, ensuring fast load times.
• Implement best practices for SEO and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the development team to integrate back-end functionality with front-end design.
• Communicate design ideas clearly to developers and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and new requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap for creating modern, responsive web designs.
• Experience working with React for building interactive and dynamic web pages.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first web design.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Vue.js, Angular).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Understanding of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web hosting and deployment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
