We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients\' needs. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless functionality and a great user experience. Responsibilities: - Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Create visually appealing and effective design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes - Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during development - Conduct design research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices - Develop and maintain design style guides and standards - Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and preferences - Create design assets such as icons, graphics, and images - Ensure website accessibility and usability standards are met - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in web design - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD - Excellent design and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Nice to Have: - Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms - Knowledge of web development frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation - Familiarity with version control systems like Git - Experience with web analytics and SEO principles - Certification in web design or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Education:
