Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer (3-5 years experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design innovative website layouts and user interfaces. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Develop responsive designs that adapt to various screen sizes and devices. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies. Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX/UI design principles. o Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.

Pay: ?10,218.61 - ?36,855.27 per month
