We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Position Description:We are seeking a highly skilled, highly creative web designer who will be responsible for designing and contributing to the design of Teledyne LeCroy websites. This includes working on the corporate-wide site revamp and site consolidations project, as well as helping with ongoing updates and improvements to the current live site. This individual will be a member of the web development team and will collaborate closely with other developers and designers on the team to create new pages, develop site components, and help in the maintenance of the live websites. This is technical marketing position and is part of the marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Director.We are looking for a talented and experienced website designer with both creative and technical skills. The optimal candidate will bring with them web design experience, as well as the ability to optimize websites for search engines optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate must have experience designing responsive websites with a strong understanding of UI/UX and in both front-end (client-side) skills including HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS scripting and familiarity with back-end (server-side) skills including VB.net and C#.net programming languages. Optimally they will have used supporting and companion website systems including tools for search, video delivery, marketing automation, and collaborative business platforms. A knowledge of Google Analytics and other Google technologies is a plus!Responsibilities:

• Be part of the web team - creating, designing, migrating, and producing new pages and updates to existing websites.
• Participate in the design and development process as a member of the web team - building HTML prototypes, proof of concepts, and injecting ideas to improve the overall page and site.
• Create designs for new pages and sections of the website.
• Keep visual identity guides updated and current with our corporate website.
• Create templates for web contributors to input and share their ideas and content with other team members.
• Complete web support tickets (updates, bugs, and issues) relating to the external facing website - from understanding the update/issue requested through to completion, testing, and publishing.
• Learn and use the website control panel (internal content management system).
• Assist in use of and integration of supporting technologies and tools used to run and manage the website - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Cludo, Wistia, Pardot, SharePoint, and others.
• Assist in the migration of content Teledyne LeCroy websites and business units to the corporate website.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, communications, or business preferred with a minimum of five years of proven web development experience.
• Outstanding skills in visual design relating to responsive websites.
• Expert level skill using Adobe tools or comparable design platforms (e.g., Figma).
• Strong understanding of front-end website development - level HTML5, CSS3 (including Bootstrap framework and CSS), JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with programming applications using Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET languages (VB.net, C#.net), and in using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and GitLab.

• Experience developing responsive website optimizing user experience for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding and commitment creating HTML optimized for organic search results, SEO, and social/sharing platforms.
• Robust analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience with Marketing Automation and CMS systems including Pardot, a plus.
• eCommerce knowledge and experience, a plus.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent English for both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent grammar, editing, proofing and copywriting skills.
• Ability to create and write website content where needed from requirements and other materials.
• Critical thinking and critical thinking skills
• Ability to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
