Job Description

BFMSLABS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Web Designer (UI/UX Designer) who will be responsible for creating visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• To Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with product and engineering requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
• Communicate design solutions to stakeholders and present design concepts.
• Define and maintain design standards and guidelines

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Figma, HD, and Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JQuery and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of CMS like Wordpress, webflow, Squarespace, Wix, , shopify etc .
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
