We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Web Designer cum HTML Coder. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and coding visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of design principles, be proficient in HTML, CSS, Wordpress and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design:Develop creative and innovative website designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design objectives and user needs. Wireframing and Prototyping:Create wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flow.
Gather and incorporate feedback to refine designs before final implementation. Visual Elements:Design and optimize visual elements such as images, icons, and graphics for use in web development.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual style across all web platforms. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. User Experience (UX):Apply UX principles to enhance website usability and overall user satisfaction.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into the design process. Stay Updated:Keep abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Continuously improve skills and adapt to evolving design standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of user experience design principles. Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Education:A degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
