We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing visually appealing websites, proficiency in graphic design software, and expertise in front-end technologies. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating impactful digital designs, ensuring seamless user experiences, and maintaining brand consistency across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design & Development:
• Design and develop visually engaging websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
• Use HTML, CSS, and design software to build responsive, user-friendly websites.
• Graphic & Visual Design:
• Create impactful visual graphics, including brochures, templates, pamphlets, newsletters, and web banners.
• Design digital and print media assets such as logos, mailers, print ads, OOH creatives, and insert creatives.
• Branding & Creativity:
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and corporate branding.
• Ensure all designs align with corporate branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Think creatively to produce unique and innovative designs that captivate audiences.
• Tools & Software:
• Utilize tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software for design projects.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies in web design and media.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to achieve project goals.
• Present design ideas effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Optimization & Standards:
• Optimize designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Deliver front-end solutions to the highest possible standards, ensuring performance and quality.

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and web development standards.
• Graphic Design:
• Strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable skills in digital and print design.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving:
• Ability to think out-of-the-box and create innovative designs.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent ability to interact, communicate, and present design concepts.
• Time Management:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects.
• Trend Awareness:
• Keen interest in keeping up with new design trends and technologies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in web design or a related field.
