: Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. As a fresher, you will collaborate with senior designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Skills and Competencies:

• 0-1 years of Experience required
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI concepts.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing responsive and visually engaging websites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client and internal projects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, performance, and usability.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and ideas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic design issues as required.
