Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design, build, and maintain aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering innovative design solutions, a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, and the technical skills to translate ideas into visually engaging and functional web designs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Website Design & Development :Create visually appealing and responsive web designs aligned with the brand's identity and user needs.Design engaging landing pages, templates, and interactive elements.
• Collaboration :Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers.
• UX/UI Design :Develop wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.Optimize the user journey to enhance website usability and engagement.
• Coding & Tools :Write clean, efficient HTML/CSS code and use front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
• Testing & Optimization :Conduct usability tests and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Optimize website speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Maintenance & Updates :Regularly update website content and design as per business needs.Troubleshoot and fix design-related issues promptly.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web design and development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstarp JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for details.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience Requirements :

• 2-4 Years of work experience as a Web Designer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
