Job Title: Web & Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing websites and web applications according to client specifications.
• Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing graphic elements for print and digital media.
• Optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implementing SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Integrating third-party applications and services.
• Conducting website testing and resolving any issues or bugs.
• Maintaining and updating websites as required.
• Designing logos, brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to translate requirements into creative designs.
• Incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to designs.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
• Preparing designs for print or digital publication as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web & Graphic Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues quickly.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI design.
• Familiarity with photography and photo editing.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and design trends.
