As a Web Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to create and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with a company\'s marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, email campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. Your key duties and responsibilities may include: Web Design:
- Designing and building responsive and engaging websites that are user-friendly and easy to navigate.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to guide the website design process.
- Testing and optimizing website performance, including speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that support the company\'s marketing goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research to understand target audiences, identify trends, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Developing and managing social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing copy, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conducting A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and increase ROI.
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- At least 2 years of experience in web design and development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with website design and content management systems such as WordPress
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio of previous web design work
- Experience with e-commerce website design and development
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
